Our Unique Design
We are currently in the planning phases of construction. Our property will consist of studio duplexes with each studio apartment being 520 square feet. These studios will include an open floor plan, cathedral ceiling, several windows, and all appliances including a full-size washer, and dryer.

Micro City will be located in scenic La Porte, Indiana nestled between big Lily Lake and small Lily Lake. We are the last property on Melrose Street with lake water adjacent to the property's Southwest side. Behind Micro City is the beautiful M'Shaw forest preserve with its lush foliage providing generous amounts of shade. It feels like you are living in the country while Pine Lake Avenue and Lincolnway only minutes away.
